Rhythm Volleyball Academy (RVA) launched in the Summer of 2024. In our inaugural season, RVA assembled 21 teams, trained over 200+ athletes in community recreational programs and will host countless others in our summer camps. 4 RVA teams earned national bids to USA Volleyball’s Girls National Championship. 4 other RVA teams will compete at AAU’s Girls National Championship. 10 RVA athletes have committed to play collegiate volleyball! We are eager to continue to impact the development of volleyball in Middle Tennessee. Our coaches are our greatest asset in developing the next wave of competitive volleyball players.
RVA Coaches Contribute our Culture:
Our brand new 4-court practice facility offers our staff members a wide array of employment opportunities including recreational league, volleytots, clinics, academies, recruiting showcases, club team, camps and event management opportunities. Just over a mile from Joe B. Jackson exit of 24, the RVA Competition Center offers easy access. Additionally there are ample amenities in the area including the future site of Buccee’s.
RVA’s coaching group benefits from a collaborative environment where we learn together and from one another. Court and classroom professional development is offered. Annually, RVA hosts a collegiate coaching clinic for the advancement of coach training and player development.
RVA offers a competitive, experienced based income for coaches that features additional work opportunities including lessons, clinics, camps and college programs for supplemental sources of income.
RVA’s Practice and Event Schedules are established months in advance. We work closely with our coaches to ensure a healthy work | life balance with ample support coaches to offset coach planned absences.
