This skill-based camp is a program that will focus on volleyball movements and techniques specific to offense and front row positions. The curriculum will cover the fundamentals of hitting, approach footwork, arm swing mechanics, reading blockers, and reading a set. This camp allows for individual skill development, and is designed to provide in-depth instruction for players looking to improve their front row skillset in separate entry and advanced levels based on their needs and experience. Instruction will be provided for all hitting positions (middle blocker, outside/right side hitters), as well as blocking (proper footwork, body positioning and technique above the net).

Entry Level: Beginner to moderate players with 1 year or less of club experience.

Advanced Level: Moderate to advanced players with more than one year of club experience.
