Join us for RVA’s Fast Fours Tournament at the RVA Competition Center! This exciting Friday night event features 4v4 volleyball action with divisions for ages 12-14 (Blue Division, one adult allowed per team) and ages 15-young adult (Gold Division). Elevate your game with RVA’s Speed, Strength, and Agility Clinics hosted by Face It Fitness! This 3-part series (12/30/24, 1/2/25, and 1/3/25) focuses on improving performance through expert training led by Rondell Clark, coach to elite volleyball players. The first session on 12/30 is free—join us and push your personal best!

RVA is excited to launch our Winter Training Program! This 10+ week program will allow athletes to improve their individual skills and build their knowledge of the game! This training academy will feature skill and positional work along with team tactical training that will be put to the test by playing in game-like drills and match play. RVA Training Supervisor Quan Scott will be leading WTP! RVA will provide a free assessment night for athletes on 11/22. We are accepting ages 12 and up! We will be dividing by age group or by skill level. For example, if a 14 year old is at the skill level of the 16s, they will move up. (16 & under, 14 & under, 12s group)

Rhythm Volleyball Academy is excited to launch the Rhythm Youth Academy: Winter Edition, a 6-week after-school training series for athletes ages 5-11. Led by Youth Program Coordinator Dee Freise and Senior Coach Christina Saenger, the academy offers tailored training through two developmental groups, “Lil Diggers” for beginners and “Spikers” for advanced players, focusing on volleyball fundamentals, speed, agility, and coordination. Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays starting 12/2, with registration now open—space is limited!
